This is a pretty generic cheap hiking pole but it does actually have shock absorbing springs in it. For the price this is an excellent hiking pole (only one is included so if you want a pair order two). Height is adjustable, with twist tighteners that come loose over time. I’m pretty happy with mine and even if they only last one season they are worth it.

Surprisingly long and sturdy! I haven’t taken them hiking yet but i did throw my weight around a little on them and it was fine 🙂 4 stars because they came literally torn out of the package and taped the ends that were sticking out. I’m 5’8 (172cm) and these are perfect height when adjusted but i don’t think they can go much taller. Maybe a few inches!
